Policy Statement
The University of High Ambition (UHA) is committed to providing comprehensive, accessible, responsive, and student-centered support services that promote academic achievement, student engagement, retention, progression, wellbeing, and successful completion of studies. Student support services are considered an essential component of institutional quality. The University shall ensure that all learners, including distance education students, have equitable access to academic advising, technical support, learning resources, library services, administrative assistance, career guidance, and complaint resolution mechanisms. Support services shall be delivered through appropriate channels and shall be continuously evaluated to ensure effectiveness, accessibility, responsiveness, and alignment with institutional objectives. Data collected from student feedback, service utilization, retention statistics, and academic performance indicators shall be used to improve services. University departments shall cooperate to provide integrated support systems that address academic, administrative, technological, and personal development needs. Special attention shall be given to student success, inclusion, accessibility, and timely intervention for students identified as being at academic risk. The University shall maintain documented procedures, service standards, staff training programs, quality assurance processes, and performance indicators to ensure consistent service delivery. All support activities shall contribute to a positive learning experience and support the mission of the University to provide high-quality education for learners regardless of location.
