Students must comply with course requirements concerning AI-assisted work and accurately disclose the use of permitted tools when required by instructors or institutional policies. Assessment systems shall be designed to promote validity, reliability, security, fairness, and authenticity. Appropriate monitoring technologies, verification procedures, and audit mechanisms may be employed to protect the integrity of examinations and assessments. Institutional records relating to academic misconduct investigations shall be maintained securely and confidentially. The University shall ensure that all allegations are handled through fair, objective, consistent, and documented procedures that respect due process and provide opportunities for review and appeal.
