Dr. Hassan Rabie Mohamed

Dr. Mohammad Ali AL-Qudah
obtained a PhD in Computer Science in 2024 from Khazar University in Baku, Azerbaijan, and a Master’s degree in Computer Science in 2014 from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), Malaysia.
He has published research papers in prestigious journals and conferences affiliated with Elsevier and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). He is also a member of several professional and scientific organizations, committees, and boards.
His research interests include computer vision, deep learning, and image retrieval, with a focus on machine learning, programming languages, natural language processing, algorithms, and artificial intelligence. His work emphasizes the application of various analytical approaches in the fields of e-government and information systems, which provide valuable datasets used to extract robust models that help improve e-government application efficiency and image classification.
He has also investigated the performance of embedded deep features and semantic segmentation in several computer vision applications. In addition, Al-Qudah has contributed to the development of new academic curricula in computing and artificial intelligence, and to the organization of specialized conferences, workshops, and lectures. He has undertaken a wide range of academic responsibilities, including teaching, supervision, administration, research, and community service.

Dr. Rahma Fawzy Mahmoud
She holds a PhD in Curricula and Teaching Methods in Mathematics from Helwan University, Grade: Excellent (2024), an MSc in Curricula and Teaching Methods in Mathematics from Helwan University, Grade: Excellent (2016), and a BSc in Science and Education in Mathematics from Helwan University (2009).
She is specialized in teaching branches of mathematics and aims to present mathematical concepts in a clear and structured manner that supports deep understanding, analysis, and application. Her work focuses on simplifying complex mathematical concepts and developing students’ logical thinking and problem-solving skills, while enhancing their ability to use statistical tools to interpret data and make decisions based on scientific analysis.

Dr. Helal Ahmed Suleiman
Achieved his PhD in 2022 from faculty of computers and artificial intelligence at the University of Helwan. Graduated from the Faculty of computers and artificial intelligence 2011. Worked in the software development industries, he was working as a project manager at Turamghia company and I have many years of experience working as a freelancer. Now he is an lecturer in information systems at Helwan University. His research interest is machine learning, optimization, Big Data, Bioinformatics. He is a reviewer in Computing and Information Bulletin (CIb).
