The University Council is the highest executive body responsible for managing the academic, administrative, and operational affairs of the university. It translates the strategic directions approved by the Board of Trustees into applicable policies, plans, and programs. The Council also plays a key role in ensuring the quality of the educational process, developing academic programs, and enhancing institutional efficiency in line with internationally recognized higher education standards.

The University Council operates within the framework of the university’s mission, vision, and organizational structure, adhering to the principles of good governance, transparency, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
