Master of Special Education
The College of Humanities at UHA University, an American university accredited by the International Accreditation Organization (IAO), offers the Master of Special Education program.

The professional applied Master’s program in Special Education allows students to specialize in one or more of the following fields, according to the approved study plan:

Admission Requirements:

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education or related fields.

Passing a personal interview or admission tests.
Graduation Requirements:
To obtain a Master’s degree in Special Education, the student must:
1- Complete four academic semesters.
2- After completing the four semesters, submit a research thesis under the academic supervision of a faculty member.
3- The thesis topic must be presented to and approved by the faculty before registration.
4- The duration required to complete the Master’s degree is one year from the date of thesis registration and may be extended to two years.
5- If the student fails to make significant progress within two years, registration will be canceled unless an acceptable excuse is presented and approved by the supervisor.
6- The student must submit a graduation thesis under the supervision of a faculty member within one year (12 months). This period may be extended for another year with the supervisor’s approval. If the thesis is not completed within this period, the student’s registration in the professional Master’s program will be canceled. (Note: The four academic semesters do not result in a separate certificate; they are part of the Master’s program.)
7- Complete practical training in one of the specialization areas at an accredited center.
Tuition & Fees

Program Tuition: $3,500 divided into 6 installments over the study period, payable before thesis defense.

Semester Tuition: $585 per semester.

Registration & Admission Letter Fee: $75 (one-time payment upon enrollment).
Discounts:

15% discount for installment payments at the beginning of each semester.

25% discount for full payment of tuition fees after receiving the admission letter.
